About Us

LionQuest is a cross-border governance advisory firm. We work with organisations navigating the structural, operational, and regulatory complexity that comes with moving across jurisdictions — primarily between Europe and India.

My background is in structured investigation and operational command with the Dutch National Police, followed by senior security and risk management leadership in India. That combination — institutional discipline, cross-border operational experience, and a practical understanding of how organisations actually function under pressure — is the foundation on which LionQuest is built.

Advisory spans three areas: cross-border market entry and operational risk, security and governance assessment, and AI governance and implementation. The work is always specific, always grounded in verifiable expertise, and delivered without intermediaries.

Our Standards

  • Evidence

Judgment without verification is noise. Every assessment, recommendation, and conclusion is grounded in what can be established — not what sounds plausible.

  • Clarity

Difficult environments require more precision, not less. We do not use complexity as cover for vague analysis or uncommitted conclusions.

  • Proximity

Understanding how a market, organisation, or risk actually functions requires direct experience inside it — not observation from a distance.

  • Accountability

We advise on who delivers, not just what needs to be done. When execution requires partners, we select and oversee them independently.

  • Restraint

Overpromising is easy. We scope precisely, claim only what is defensible, and treat every engagement as a long-term credibility commitment.
